Age Verification Policy

KinkMarket sells adult digital content only to verified adults, and only verified adult creators may sell. This policy explains how we verify age on both sides. It applies to the digital content we host and sell (images, video, audio, pay-per-view, memberships, tips and credits). Physical items are directory listings only, with payment arranged directly between buyer and creator.

Buyers

Before a buyer can access or purchase adult content, they must complete an age check through our verification provider, Didit. The check confirms the buyer is at least 18 years old using a government-issued photo ID and, where required, a live face check.

The result is recorded against the buyer with the method and the time of verification, and access to adult content is blocked until it passes. Verification is re-checked when it expires.

Creators

Every creator who opens a shop on KinkMarket must complete full identity verification through Didit before their shop can go live. This is a government-issued photo ID, a liveness check, and a face match. It confirms that the creator is a real, identifiable person aged 18 or over, and it forms the identity record we retain in connection with the content they publish. Creators selling through their own independent sites verify under the policy that applied when they joined, and every new creator verifies in full before selling.

Records

Verification records are retained securely and are produced to payment providers and to law enforcement where required. The custodian of these records is KCTECHNOLOGY LTD, 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA.
