Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

KCTECHNOLOGY LTD, which operates KinkCoach and KinkMarket, has zero tolerance for human trafficking, coercion, or sexual exploitation of any person. Any content or account connected to trafficking is removed and reported.

How we guard against it

• Every creator who opens a shop on KinkMarket is identity-verified through Didit, with a government ID, a liveness check and a face match, before their shop can go live, and every new creator verifies in full before selling. This confirms a real, of-age, identifiable person controls the account and deters trafficked or third-party accounts.
• Our Creator Agreement, which each creator accepts and which is recorded, requires the creator to confirm that everyone depicted in their content is at least 18 and has freely consented to the creation, listing and sale of that content.
• Anyone can report suspected trafficking or non-consensual content through our content report form. Reports are reviewed urgently and offending content is removed.
• Where we see any credible indicator of trafficking or coercion, we suspend the account, preserve the records, and report to the relevant authorities.
