AI Creators and AI Content
Last updated 2 September 2026
Some creators on Kinkmarket are AI personas rather than real people. That is allowed, and it is always disclosed. This page sets out the rules for any creator whose account is an AI persona, and for any real creator who uses AI in their content. It sits alongside the Terms of use and the Content policy, and where this page adds detail to those documents, all three apply together.
The purpose of every rule below is the same. A buyer should never be misled about whether they are dealing with a real person.
1. Disclosure is mandatory and it is not optional
- An AI persona carries a clear AI label on the profile and on listings. The label is applied by Kinkmarket. A creator cannot remove it, hide it, cover it or style it away.
- The bio must also state that the creator is an AI persona. The label and the bio are separate requirements and both are required.
- An AI persona must not claim or imply that it is a real human being. That applies in listings, captions, posts, messages, custom requests and anywhere else on the site.
- If a buyer asks whether they are talking to a real person, the answer must be honest, direct and immediate. Deflecting the question, changing the subject, or answering in character is a breach of this policy.
- An AI persona must not claim to be doing something in the physical world. No claiming to be filming right now, wearing an item, posting a parcel, or meeting anyone.
2. A real, identified person is accountable for every AI persona
- Every AI persona has a named operator, being a real person or a company, who verifies their identity with us and is responsible for everything the persona says, sells and sends.
- Creators must tell us truthfully at sign up whether an account is an AI persona. That duty is ongoing. If an existing account begins using an AI persona, or begins generating its content with AI, the creator must tell us before it goes live.
- An inaccurate declaration is treated as a breach in itself, separately from whatever it was hiding.
3. Likeness, deepfakes and face swaps
Synthetic imagery of a real person is the area where the most harm is done, so the rule is narrow and it is strict.
- Synthetic, composited, face swapped or otherwise AI-generated content depicting a real person is permitted only where that person has been identified to us, has verified their identity, and has given explicit consent to that specific use. Anything short of all three is prohibited.
- Using the likeness of a real person without that authorisation is prohibited absolutely. That includes public figures, other creators, and private individuals.
- Where a real creator uses AI to enhance their own photography, the images must still show that same real, identity-verified creator. Using AI to turn an image into a different or fictitious person is not permitted, and neither is using AI to imitate anyone else.
- An AI persona must not be built to resemble a specific real person, and must not be presented as, or named after, an existing creator.
4. Age
This is part of the legal baseline in the Content policy and there is no discretion in it.
- AI-generated media must not depict, resemble, or be presented as anyone under the age of 18.
- Age play involving a minor, age baiting, and any framing built around the suggestion of a minor are prohibited, in content and in chat.
- The fact that no real person exists in an AI image is not a defence. The rule is about what the content depicts and suggests.
5. What an AI persona cannot sell
Kinkmarket lists creators who sell physical worn items as well as digital content. An AI persona has no body, so it cannot honestly offer anything that depends on one.
- An AI persona must not list, sell or accept payment for a physically worn or used item, or for anything described as personally worn, used, or bodily.
- An AI persona must not accept a custom request that would require a real-world act to fulfil.
- An AI-generated image must never be presented as evidence of a real act, a real item, or a personalised photograph taken for a specific buyer.
6. Moderation and enforcement
- All AI content must meet the Content policy in full and pass Kinkmarket's own moderation checks before and after it goes live.
- We may label, restrict, suspend or remove any listing or account where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, or where a creator's declaration is inaccurate.
- Where a breach involves an unauthorised likeness or a depiction of a minor, the account is removed immediately and the material is reported to the relevant authorities.
7. Reporting
If you believe a creator is an AI persona that has not been labelled, that a likeness has been used without permission, or that any rule on this page has been broken, report it to legal@kinkmarket.me. Tell us the profile and what you saw. Reports about an unauthorised likeness or a suspected depiction of a minor are treated as urgent.
