Contacting Law Enforcement Policy

KCTECHNOLOGY LTD cooperates fully with law enforcement and reports unlawful content. This policy sets out when and how we do so.

When we contact or cooperate with law enforcement

• Child sexual abuse material. Any suspected child sexual abuse material is preserved, is not distributed further, the account is suspended, and a report is made to the appropriate authority. For content with a United States nexus this includes the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, alongside the relevant local authorities.
• Non-consensual content, credible threats, or trafficking indicators. These are escalated to law enforcement with the evidence preserved.
• Legal requests. We respond to valid legal requests, subpoenas and preservation orders through our named contact.
