Leaving Feedback After an Order
When an order arrives and it is everything you hoped, the easiest thing in the world is to enjoy it and move on. A minute spent leaving feedback does far more good than most buyers realise, for the seller, for the next buyer and for you.
Why it matters
Independent sellers live on reputation. A few honest, positive words help new buyers trust a shop they have never used before, and that trust is often the difference between a seller who thrives and one who gives up.
Say what was good
Specific feedback is more useful than a single word. Mention the things that mattered to you: quick replies, careful packaging, an item exactly as described, a custom request done well. Other buyers read for those details.
Keep it discreet
You do not need to describe the item in detail or share anything personal. A short, polite note about the service is enough, and keeps both your privacy and the seller's intact.
If something went wrong
Message the seller first and give them a fair chance to put it right. Most problems are simple misunderstandings or delays and are sorted quickly. If you do leave feedback about a problem, keep it calm and factual, and mention how the seller responded.
If an order was late but the seller kept you updated, say that too. Good communication through a delay is worth recognising, and it tells other buyers what to expect.
It helps you too
Sellers remember buyers who take the time to say thank you. The next time you ask for something special, that goodwill counts, and you are more likely to get a warm welcome and a quick yes.
