Instead of taking a listing as written, describe what you want. Most sellers will accommodate detail and prefer it, because a specific request is easier to satisfy than a vague one. This is the single biggest improvement between a first and second purchase.

Going back to the same seller is worth more than you think

They know what you liked, you know how they work, and the whole exchange is shorter. Returning buyers also tend to get more flexibility on requests, not as a formal policy but because trust has already been established.

Or deliberately try someone different

If the first was fine but unremarkable, one other seller gives you a comparison. Two data points tell you far more than one, and you will know very quickly which style of seller suits you.

You have seen what postage adds and what add ons cost. This is the moment to decide what this is worth to you monthly, before it becomes an unexamined habit rather than a chosen one.

The first purchase answers whether this is for you. The second is the one where you actually get what you wanted.
