KINKMARKET REFER AND EARN TERMS

These terms apply to every seller who takes part in the Kinkmarket Refer and Earn scheme. By sharing your shop link and claiming a reward you agree to them.

1. HOW A REFERRAL QUALIFIES

A referral qualifies when all of the following are true.

a) A person who has never held a Kinkmarket account arrives at your shop page and creates a buyer account within 30 days of that visit.

b) That buyer places their first order on Kinkmarket and the order value is £10 or more before any discount is applied.

c) The order completes. Completion means the order has been paid for and the 14 day refund window described in clause 3 has passed without a refund, chargeback or dispute.

d) You and the buyer are not the same person and are not connected as described in clause 5.

Where a buyer has visited more than one seller's shop before signing up, the referral is credited to the first shop they visited.

2. THE REWARD

£5 in Kredits for each qualifying referral. One reward per referred buyer account, not per order.

The referred buyer receives 10 percent off their first order.

Kredits are credited to your Kinkmarket account and can be spent on Kinkmarket. Kredits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for money.

There is no limit on the number of buyers you may refer.

3. WHEN THE REWARD IS PAID

The reward is credited 14 days after the referred buyer's first order completes.

We hold the reward for 14 days because that is the period in which refunds, chargebacks and disputes normally arise. Holding it protects the scheme from being farmed with orders that are placed and then reversed.

During those 14 days the referral will show in your referrals table with the status Pending. After 14 days it changes to Paid and the Kredits appear in your balance.

4. REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

If the referred buyer's first order is refunded, charged back or disputed before the reward is credited, the referral does not qualify and no reward is paid. The status will show as Not qualified.

If the order is refunded, charged back or disputed after the reward has been credited, we may deduct the equivalent Kredits from your balance. If your balance is lower than the amount to be deducted, the shortfall will be set against future rewards.

If the referred buyer places a second order that meets the conditions in clause 1, that does not create a new reward. The reward is per buyer, not per order.

5. WHAT DOES NOT QUALIFY

The following do not qualify and may result in removal from the scheme.

a) Referring yourself, or creating a buyer account for yourself using any name, email address or payment method.

b) Referring a person who lives in your household or who shares your payment method, device or internet connection, unless you have told us in advance and we have agreed in writing.

c) Any arrangement where you pay a person, or give them anything of value, in exchange for signing up through your link.

d) Buying advertising that bids on the terms Kinkmarket, Kinkmarket.me, KinkCoach or any close variation of them.

e) Posting your link on sites where it is not permitted, or in a way that breaches the terms of the site you are posting on.

f) Presenting yourself as Kinkmarket, or as speaking on behalf of Kinkmarket, when sharing your link.

g) Making claims about Kinkmarket that are not true, including claims about earnings, fees, buyer numbers or how the platform works.

h) Any attempt to create referrals artificially, including through automated traffic, bots, incentivised signups or accounts created for the purpose.

We may withhold or reverse any reward where we have reasonable evidence of any of the above. Where we do so we will tell you why.

6. YOUR SHOP LINK

Your shop link is the public address of your Kinkmarket shop. You may share it anywhere you are permitted to, including social media, your own website, your bio, messages, print and QR codes.

The graphics and QR codes we provide are for promoting your own shop. You may not alter the Kinkmarket logo, change the wording of the offer, or use the branding for anything else.

7. CHANGES AND ENDING THE SCHEME

We may change the reward amount, the qualifying conditions or these terms at any time. We will give at least 14 days notice by email and on the Refer and Earn page before any change takes effect.

Referrals that have already qualified before a change takes effect will be paid at the rate that applied when they qualified.

We may end the scheme entirely with 30 days notice. Kredits already credited to your account will remain valid.

We may remove any individual seller from the scheme where these terms have been breached.

8. TAX

Kredits earned through this scheme may count as income depending on where you live and your circumstances. You are responsible for declaring them if you need to. We do not give tax advice.

9. DATA

We record which shop a buyer arrived from in order to credit referrals. Your referrals table shows the buyer's username, the date and the status. It does not show their contact details, payment details or order contents.

We do not share your details with the buyers you refer, and we do not tell them which seller referred them.

10. GENERAL

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, a partnership or an agency relationship between you and Kinkmarket.

DECISIONS MADE, AND WHY

The £5 credits after 14 days, not immediately. Immediate crediting means someone can place an order, trigger the reward, then refund. Fourteen days covers the normal refund and chargeback window without making sellers wait so long they lose interest. Showing it as Pending in the table keeps them engaged during the wait.

Refunded first order means no reward. If the sale did not stick, the referral did not deliver a buyer. The clawback clause in 4 covers the case where a refund lands after the reward has been paid.

Kredits are explicitly not cash. Clause 2 says this plainly. Without it, a seller could argue for a cash payout, and that is a liability you do not want.

Clause 5d, no bidding on brand terms. Standard affiliate protection. Stops someone buying ads on your own brand name and taking credit for traffic that was coming anyway.

Clause 5g, no false claims. This matters more than usual for you. A seller telling her audience that Kinkmarket takes zero commission on everything would be repeating the exact inaccuracy currently being corrected elsewhere. This clause gives you something to point at.

Clause 7, 14 days notice to change and 30 days to end. Gives you room to adjust the £5 or the conditions once you see real numbers, without anyone being able to say it was changed on them without warning.

BEFORE PUBLISHING

Have someone legally qualified read clause 4 and clause 8 if the scheme grows. This is a reasonable starting point, not legal advice. Confirm England and Wales is the right jurisdiction given where the business is registered.
